• Although Allergic Rhinitis is usually non-fatal, it could severely impact your quality of life.
• There is no cure for Allergic Rhinitis. (Yeah, I know, it sucks.)
  

However, there are things we could actually do to make it a little more bearable, such as ..

• Keeping your house clean!
• Avoid allergens if you know what they are.
• A healthy dose of exercise to keep your immune system strong!

Ah well, Allergic Rhinitis can't exactly go away, can it?
